Smell is non existent BUT when you get lazy it gets gross! Again easy to clean in the case that happens.There is one note - the mat that they go on that is detachable is washable, with that said it still will not bring it back to “new”, I tried. ideal for everyday use. supreme materials and excellent craftsmanship ensure long-lasting durability.
